Everything is delicious, but you really need everything. Quick service, they serve you quickly, salads, pastas, meats and drinks are super delicious, gourmet food of very good quality, very well served and the place is super beautiful whether you eat inside or in the garden. very photographable and the owner or manager is always on the lookout. Really highly recommended, you have to go, plus the prices are super good and the portions are super large.
Amazing tacos - their fish (pescadero) and octopus (pulpo) were the stand out items. I hear the shrimp tacos are also a local favorite too. The green sauce that comes with all tacos with a squeeze of lime made the tacos reach another level. The service here is fantastic, so hospitable. It's located behind a home with an intimate and charming, back patio, where the cooking is done outside. Amazing quality food.
Majesty of a hidden gem in the center of Montemorelos, warmth and freshness is experienced in the bistro, the waiting time is justified because the art of food is a complex science and the fruit of the art that you receive is completely worth it. The chef is always attentive to the needs of his diners, unique and very special food. The place transmits peace, tranquility and reinforces your connection with your colleagues at the table. The menu is not presumptuous, it is modest and sublime. Overall I thank this bistro for existing. The Mac and Cheese is very good.

The fettuccini di mare is very delicious, full of seafood; Tlalpeno broth was not far behind, delicious with its chickpeas, cheese and chipotle chili. They made our night!!! The only thing missing is calm, Italian or Mexican music to set the mood. Whether instrumental or with vocals. A beautiful night we closed with you.
